Wi-Fi fridge thermometer
DS18B20 inside the fridge, ESP32-C3 outside; pushes temperature to a local dashboard and alerts on excursion.

Caught a failing fridge before food spoiled. Probe is sealed in PETG with food-safe silicone, cable goes through the door gasket without bending the seal. Threshold and hysteresis are configurable via the web UI.
