Loose-cable catcher with a magnetic base — pull a cable, the magnet stays.

USB-C and Lightning tips ferromagnetic enough on their own; for HDMI the tip glues into a small steel washer. Base houses three 10×3 mm magnets in hex pockets. Stops three cables from sliding behind the desk.
